Slowly the new set up on the car in the conquest for 8's is coming together.
The car is in getting a total repaint with it completely stripped. Also changing to a Jspec bumper and tail lights.
The car was originally red and was blue when I got the car......there was enough little things wrong and while the dash was out for the cage, window net and the engine and trans were out for new parts I figured it would be a lot nicer to paint the whole thing.
I am keeping the the car dark blue and painting the cage,body ,under hood and all the same color.
also doing some updates to the interior going back in the car.
I will post pictures as the parts and car as theycome back.
The new triple disc lock up converter is in the mail :-) For now here is a picture of the new direct port set.
I have also included a sneak peak at the motor that I will offer more details about in the near future.
I bent all the tubes up at home in the evenings slowly with my two young kids watching and whenever they came back in the room they would scream NOS BABY!
My Wife is happy it is no longer on our coffee table LOL!
